Person-Centered supervision focuses on the relationship between the supervisior and trainee and believes that the relationship is the primary vehicle for change and growth. The Developmental Supervision model utilizes stages in the supervision process, which begins with the supervisor being highly involved and gradually becoming less of a supervisor and more of a colleague and consultant.
